Our site is currently configured to accept orders from within Canada and the US only. For international orders, please contact us

Delivery

All coffees are fresh roasted and sent within 24 hours assuming payment has been confirmed. If any item(s) on your order is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped when available - we will advise you of the expected date.

All deliveries are done by Canada Post. Canada Post service takes between 1-10 days to deliver, depending upon the delivery address (distance from Toronto). Coffee Tree has no control over delivery and therefore can make no guarantees as to delivery time frames. We do not accept any liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising from any delay in delivery.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are dependant on the value of the order and where it is being delivered to. You will be advised of the freight charges before you finish processing your order.

Insurance

Our cart does not currently calculate freight insurance. If you would like insurance, please indicate that in the Special Instructions section before submitting order. Insurance is $1.00 per $100.00 + applicable taxes.

Returns

Please email or call us (416-767-1077) before returning goods. Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You must call to explain why. Be sure to include all parts, instructions, packaging, who you spoke with at our shop, as well as your name and address. Used products are not refunded; a 10% restocking fee is always applied. Shipping costs are not refundable.
