Kathleen Gabriel Art Show

Kathleen Gabriel is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art, Drawing & Painting, 1967. She has worked as a Graphic Designer for the Toronto Reference Library, and has illustrated school text books and editorial illustrations for magazines, journals, including Chatelaine and the Financial Post. She designed and illustrated a series of children’s posters for Soleil Publishing. In 1996, Kathleen illustrated and published her own set of art note cards, Kitty’s Garden. Her paintings are in private collections in France, England, Canada and the United States. She has exhibited in solo and group shows in Toronto, and is a member of the Women’s Art Association of Canada. Her award-winning painting, Carnival Pierrot/Pierriette, hangs permanently at Toronto Western Hospital, in the Al & Malka Green’s Artists Health Centre for the Performing Arts.
