Hi Marion (a letter to Susan’s mom) What a lovely newsletter.  I can’t believe it is 25 years ago that Susan started the coffee tree.  It was 1994 when you (Susan’s mom) took a group of us there from the ISO T/C 176 Toronto meeting to see the shop.  It was very new then and I can still see the beans being roasted.  I don’t think I had ever seen them roasted in a café before.( I can still smell them now)  Its lovely to know...
